Defense Medical Exam Attendance
One of our nurses will attend your clients’ defense or independent medical exam as a legal observer. Clients are more comfortable with a nurse in their corner, and our nurses will take detailed notes and provide a full report of the exam, which is filed and retained in our records for the duration of the case. Our RNs are experts in taking and assessing histories and physical exams, so our presence will encourage examiners to maintain their integrity . Our services keep your staff in the office and our observers have the medical knowledge and qualifications to testify in court.
